House of Zense ("we", "us", "our") operates houseofzense.com, selling fragrance products inspired by well-known scent profiles, sold under our own original product names and brand. House of Zense is an independent Indian brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any luxury fragrance house whose scent may have inspired a given product.

2. Eligibility

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.

4. Payments

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product names, descriptions, photography, and branding, is the property of House of Zense unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are for external personal use only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. We are not liable for misuse, individual allergic reactions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where House of Zense is registered.
