Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship to all PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities and major towns are usually at the faster end of this range.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping, anywhere in India — no exceptions
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your delivery in real time. If you have any difficulty tracking, WhatsApp us and we’ll assist you.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest hub for 3–5 days before being returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Contact us to arrange re-delivery if needed.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, or peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
