House of Zense fragrances are apparel perfumes. They are made to be applied on your clothes, and everything below is written around that. Please read it before you buy and before you use your fragrance.

What is an apparel perfume?

An apparel perfume is a fragrance designed to be worn on clothing and fabric. Every bottle we sell, in 6ml, 30ml and 50ml, is an apparel perfume and is labelled as one on the bottle.

How to apply it on clothes

  • Hold the bottle 15–20 cm away from your clothing.
  • Mist lightly over collars, cuffs and the inner lining of your clothes.
  • Two to three sprays are usually all you need.
  • Let the fragrance settle and dry naturally before you wear the garment.

On delicate or light-coloured fabrics, spray a small hidden area first to check how the fabric reacts.

35% concentration for excellent performance

Our fragrances are made at a 35% oil concentration (Extrait de Parfum). That is a far higher concentration than most everyday perfumes, and it is why a couple of sprays give you excellent performance: a rich, noticeable scent that stays with you through the day. On fabric it typically lasts 10–12 hours.

Actual performance depends on the fabric, the weather and how you apply it, so it will vary from person to person.

Terms of use

  • Our fragrances are intended for use on clothing, as described above.
  • Keep away from your eyes. If a fragrance gets into your eyes, rinse well with water.
  • Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Stop using the product if you notice any irritation.
  • We are not responsible for marks or staining caused by not following the application guidance above, so please test a hidden area on delicate fabrics first.
